With big events back, it hasn't been easy for everyone. Social anxiety is something that many are feeling to varying degrees as we all work our way back into everything.

Byron opens up about how coming out of lockdown affected his relationship with his ex and Perri Lee has some advice for anyone watching her DJ in crowded clubs.
