This week's guest is Reach Foundation CEO Fergus Watts. Fergus is a product of The Reach Foundation having first attended a workshop in school as a 15 year old and becoming a facilitator. 

At the age of just 22, Fergus founded leading independent marketing agency network Bastion. Started from his living room with zero experience or investment, Bastion is now the largest independent agency network in Australia, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles, New York and Auckland employing over 300 staff.
